McKenna is the Director of Administrative Operations and Marketing, and the behind-the-scenes engine keeping Will and Raju operating at full throttle.
Prior to joining RRE in 2019, she worked in Executive Recruiting at Kirk Palmer Associates. McKenna is a graduate of Loyola University Maryland, where she earned her B.A. In Marketing. Outside of the office, McKenna's world revolves around traveling, reading, discovering new music, and spending time with the people she loves.

McKenna was named after “Makena Beach” in Maui, Hawaii.
