Prior to joining RRE, Eugenia was a journalist for The Next Web covering East Coast startup headlines and activity, where she continues to contribute.
Eugenia began her career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she advised financial institutions clients on debt and preferred equity capital markets. Following BofAML, Eugenia joined kbs+ Ventures, a seed stage investor in the advertising and marketing technology sector. Over the years, she has also served in various roles at Lean Startup Machine, Pro Mujer, JPMorgan Chase, Caxton FX, and Sikorsky Aircraft, as well as with former Senator Hillary Clinton.
Moreover, Eugenia is co-founder of Hack'n Jill
, where she assembles over 1,000 makers behind a vision for greater gender diversity in engineering. She additionally organizes networking events for the female investment community and further promotes it through NYVC Women.
Eugenia graduated with high distinction and business honors from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business with a degree in Finance and International Business, where she was a Mitte Scholar.
