The award recognizes an individual who has routinely shown a commitment to the progress of Smart Grid deployment.
Tuck has been a long-time proponent of the Smart Grid, dating back to his time spent as CEO of Ember, a leading semiconductor provider to the Smart Grid, and later exemplified through his work on the development of the ZigBee standards and his tenure as the vice chair of the ZigBee Alliance.
"To advance the vision of a smarter energy future, we need collaborative leaders who think creatively, take risks and develop tangible value for our society," said Anto Budiardjo, president, Clasma Events.
